We can all admit that 2020 has not been for the faint of heart. It has been a year full of obstacles, challenges, and the pressure of the unknown. In many ways, it has been coined the worst year of all time. That’s a lot of baggage for 12 months. However, despite the perpetual gloom that is 2020, we’re here to spread some light. After all, that’s the reason for the season. There’s always something to be grateful for, and the team at Beautiful.ai came together to bring some positivity to your feed.

Here are 15 simple reasons to be thankful this season, with love from Beautiful.ai.

1) Our team

Working with amazing people has been such a blessing, and it’s not lost on us how lucky we are. Sure, we’ve had to pivot and adapt to working remotely, but even with the distance between us, we have grown closer as a team over the last year.

2) Family

We’re thankful for our families, their health, and unwavering support. Although not everyone may be able to see their family over the holidays, it’s nice to know you always have people in your corner.

3) Healthcare workers

Not all heroes wear capes— some wear masks. We wouldn’t be where we are today without our healthcare workers to carry us through this pandemic. We appreciate them, and all of their sacrifices to keep us healthy and well.

4) First responders

Our first responders have been on the frontlines keeping us safe in 2020, and their dedication doesn’t go unnoticed.

5) Working at a supportive company

Company culture is so important, even if said company is remote. We’re lucky to work at a supportive company who values their employees health and well being, and makes work-life balance a priority.

6) Being present

When it feels like the world is crumbling around you, it’s so important to stay grounded and be present. We challenge you to be more present during the holidays this year, the work can wait until Monday.

7) Remote workplace software

What would 2020 be without remote workplace software? Being able to collaborate and communicate with teammates despite the distance has been a game changer.

8) Being able to wear comfortable clothes

We can all agree that loungewear was the real hero of 2020 (kidding). Our team is thankful that we can do our job, and do it well, all while being able to wear comfy clothes in the comfort of our homes.

9) Fresh air

Do you ever just need a breath of fresh air? Same. This summer was full of relentless wildfires, so we’re especially thankful for fresh air. Taking a quick walk outside in the middle of the work day can do wonders for your productivity.

10) Health

Gone are the days of taking our health for granted. We’re thankful for the health— mental and physical— of our employees and their families.

11) The extra time at home

Being able to spend extra time at home with family while working remotely has been a blessing in disguise. Our employees with children are able to see milestones instead of hearing them from someone else, which is priceless.

12) Collaboration

Collaboration is something that is so important for businesses to flourish, and we’re lucky that it hasn’t ceased to exist just because we’re remote. If anything, working from home has encouraged us to communicate and collaborate more effectively.

13) Animals

Whether you got a pandemic puppy, or have had a furry friend for years, animals are one of 2020’s simplest joys. We love sharing pictures of our pets with our team!

14) 2021

At the end of the day, we’re thankful for a fresh start. Here’s to hoping that 2021 brings a new wave of inspiration, success, and hope.

15) And, of course, you!

None of this would be possible without you, our loyal customers. We’re so grateful for your support, feedback, and passion for presentations over the years! Together we’ve hit major milestones and this is our official thank you from the entire Beautiful.ai team.
