We recently caught up again with FedTech to understand how their use of Beautiful.ai has evolved since they became a customer in 2020—speaking with FedTech leadership, as well as two Program Managers, Daniel Delgado and Johan Restrepo, who now rely on the tool to support both domestic and international programs.
